real quick question

I'm going to be installing a dual core Opty 165 later today and I'm wondering if there's anything I have to do in WinXP.

I remember a bunch of problems with load balancing and an AMD-released patch a while back.

Do I have to do anything special for WinXP? What about tweaks/known issues?

Just drop it in, and intall the X2 driver, shouldn't have to do any more than that.

Oh God!

I knew it would be too easy. Nothing computer-related has ever gone smoothly for me.

I got WinXP to boot with the new Opty. I was pretty hyped up. It said it had to reboot to install some new devices, and I figured it was just activating a 2nd core mode. I wait for it to restart.... hangs at a black screen.

Safe mode stops at "mup.sys". It's impossible to boot into windows now...
