Just got my Barracuda (OEM), I know I have to order the SATA cable, but do I need to order a SATA power connector?

Cheapest place to order one?

Does your PSU have SATA power connectors (weird thin L shaped things)? If not, you are going to need an adapter. Assuming you have no cable (your mobo didn't come with one) then you will need to buy one. I would look around (maybe check froogle) to find the lowest prices. Make sure to look at shipping as well.
 
I dont have my PSU yet, it's a Fortron Blue Storm 500w 24-pin.

Does it have an SATA power cable? I didnt even think to look at it.
