Well if you read the title of the clip (and what was posted was probably just a brief outtake of a longer clip) it says it was a music shoot gone very badly. Don't assume the posted clip is the entirety of what was filmed, I assume they just "cut to the chase" and posted only the amusing part. The girl is holding her stomach and asks, "Is this gonna take long?" To which someone replies, "About 30 seconds." She then looks a little distressed and holds her stomach. Then the hilarity ensues. Didn't really seem staged to me.

I said fake during the first posting of this, but the video in this thread is better quality; I have doubts, now. It looks like there are some floating particles. Also, the water washes back onto her legs and leaves some...brown. It might be real. Mark me as undecided.
