I was there and even though the Galaxy lost 2-0 I still think they played very well. Maybe the best they've played all season. I hope this game can inspire them to play better for the rest of the season.

Galaxy fans seemed to be outnumbered four to one by RM fans so it had the atmosphere of a home game for RM. It enjoyed it when during the second half a group of Galaxy fans started chanting "BAR-CE-LONA".

Meh, La Liga draws top international players from around the world and MLS is still mostly American or at least where international players go to die. Just FYI for anyone with iO, for a mere $5 a month I get a sports package with a few random channels and Gol TV. It shows the Italian, Spanish, Brazilian, Peruvian, Columbian, etc leagues! I've seen more soccer in the last 2 weeks than I have in the last 2 years on regular TV!

my friend had tickets to the game in chicago a few days ago and offered them to me the day before the game..i was so mad cause i had to work...i would have loved to go see these guys play. some of the best players in the world. i am suprised that la stayed in the game so much. you could see that real just dominated with ball possession. the score should have been higher.

i wonder how much of a difference landon donovan would have made to this game. he has lots of international experiance so he would not have been to nervous about this game like some of the other players were.
