Okay, t0ad and I just saw this and i knew i had to add this:
The Gundam Deathescythe is getting it's finishing touches today in a honda factory. The joint venture between Honda, Sunrise, and the Cartoon Network is meant to celebrate Gundam Wing hopping the pond by walking the streets of Tokyo in the annual End-Of-Summer parade held every year in Japan. The Gundam measures four storys high and wieghs in at an incredible 12 tons, it's astonishing lightweight made possible by subtituting revolutionary Dupont plastic for the heavy armor that would have been present in the real Gundam. The core control system and robotic structure was based on the Honda Humaniod, a 5ft tall robot that has been working along side japanese workers for thepast three years. After it's stroll in the End-Of-Summer parade in Tokyo, it will be disassembled and shipped to America to make an appearance in the Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Parade.

there are two people. i see them right above the white truck. looks really detailed to be a model. must be photoshop. besides... if i was constructing the gundam, it would be standing upright in a hangar with me with a welding torch putting it together with sparks flying.
