Does anyone know of a Real Estate and Mapping software? What I mean by this is, I want to do is track all real estate sales, be able to put a pin on a map(street address) on where a house just sold and then be able to type in the sale price. I just want to be able to track real estate sales and see where the sales are happening the most often. Anyone know what I mean? thanks in advance.

Near my area there's a company that develops software for the real estate industry.
Why don't you contact the Sales Dept. there & ask if they can help you with a recommendation? Since it's sort of within their industry, they ought to know.

realtytrac and zillow both offer some good data and features similar to what you're looking for (although not exact)
 
Using MS Mappoint and a spreadsheet/database you can accomplish what you are looking to do. Inexpensive solution
