Real estate books? Overall / Commercial oriented?

Looking to do some reading. Starting out into Commercial real estate. I have been sifting around on Amazon and reading so many reviews. I am curious if anyone on here can suggest a good starting book to give me somewhat of a foundation oriented towards the ommercial aspect.

Commerical as in invesment? Multifamily? Or are we talking business space? Strip malls? Basically, could you be a bit more specific, since there are a ton of things.
