There's never been a better time to buy.
Said every realtor in 1980, 1990, 2000, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010,...2015.

Way back we were looking for a house to rent. One place we checked out was down by the river. We asked the landlord (via phone) when was the last time it flooded there. He said it never flooded. There was a freaking water line about five feet up the exterior walls. We didn't even bother going in.Wait until hurricane season is over to get some real cheap but semi-wet deals. 😉
Anything, anywhere, at anytime can be a great buy if you're getting the right price.
If you would ask such a general question and of all places, ask it on ATOT, buy some bank CDs. You don't need to be investing in real estate.
This will be my primary residence, the investment is not blowing all my funds on rent.
there's never a good time to buy in Florida.
The market in some areas of Florida is coming up off its bottom. Last July we closed on a condo with a purchase price less than 50% of what the previous owner had paid at the peak of the market.Hi smart atot people
Is now a good time to buy in Florida? Or a bad time?
