My dog has to masturbate using a small pillow but it is a sad sight to see, he struggles sometimes to try and grasp it correctly and eventually he can do his deed.

I am surprised no one has invented a real doll for dogs, where it has a special sleeve inside that can be disposed of and swapped out. That way he can just get at it with no struggle or issues.
