Beef brisket and bean curd stew served with rice.

It's the today special in the cafeteria. Such a simple dish yet it's so tasty. I've always been polite to the lunch lady, she gave me a huge portion as well. I am feasting on it right now, it's gr-r-r-eeaaaaaat!

The only Chinese food by me is at a place called "Chinese and Japanese Cuisine" or something like that. Very efficient.
