Come on guys. Just once. Let's keep the politics out of one thread.

And I must live under a rock because had this thread not been here it never would have occurred to me that C-Span was carrying a live video feed.
You're right, sorry.

BTW despite some of my reservations about his time as President I do think that he was a great American.

Ave Maria. The words are a part of the standard liturgy, there are a lot of musical settings. This one is the most common, by Schubert. Beautiful.

That's the national funeral.

I think the funeral (internment) is at 6:15PM Pacific time at the Reagan Library.

I believe his casket shows up at Point Magu NAS at about 4:45PM, travels up Las Posas, south on the US101, off at Lynn Road, and to the library.

Friday afternoon, Father's Day weekend, one of the graduation weekends, at rush hour. Traffic is sure to be a nightmare.

Our work sites are shutting down at 3PM to give people a chance to avoid it.

Bush Sr.'s speech was better than Jr.'s...

And the Canadian PM's speech was better than Bush Jr's, also.

I'm waiting for GW to say something about how he's carrying the torch of freedom now in his fight against terrorism.
