Bah, Readyboost is a joke. The only machines that benefit from the addition of a USB drive are so lousy, their value is approximate to that of the USB drive itself. MS suggests a 1:1 ratio between RAM and Readyboost, so am I to believe augmenting 2GB of high speed RAM with 2GB of Flash will do a damn thing for me? C'mon. By the way, the data stored by Readyboost is nothing more than the good old Windows Page File, which is still maintained in it's entirety on the hard drive.

I just ordered a 2 GB USB drive to see how well it works, & considering how cheap they are, i can't see it being a bad thing.
