all looks good but i would personally get an opteron

that psu is kind of overkill. get an opteron instead. you don't need/want an sli board. unless you intend to do insane overclocking, the epox 9npa will do very well for a cheaper price. get 1x1024 so you can stick another one in later without any conflicts. a dvd burner for $40 cant be beat. try the benq dw1640

Well since my budget is right at about $950, I dont think thats going to happen unfortunately.

the recommendations that ive suggested will allow it. unless i royally f'ed up my maths, you can always drop to a $50 fortron.

I've decided to go with the EPoX MoBo instead of the DFi, and also with This HDD (Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 80GB 3.5" Serial ATA150 Hard Drive ) for $60.

Everything well still work together right?
