I have a program that I need to use on my Mac but it's not working right now so I need to find a program to burn the HFS+ formatted file onto a disc. Any programs that will do that for me?
 
Well, it works the same as burining anything else to disk. Files themselves are not HFS+ formatted, only the hard drive/partition. So simply drag the program you need to a disc and burn away with Finder or Toast if you have it.

Additionally, you could copy the file onto a flash drive if you had one.
