320GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 HDD - 3rd Drive/Old Main Disk

Run Win Vista 64 SP1-3 installed

I got the a new Intel X-25m and did a fresh install of Vista 64 on it. Huge improvement, I am very happy and impressed with the performance. However, one thing that's bothering me though its not a dealbreaker. The sleep mode is acting quite oddly. The computer does go to sleep (and very quickly I might add) but after I wake it up half the time to goes straight to blue screen and the other half I get read errors/random application crashes and eventually a blue screen or I reboot and the problems go away. My best guess is that the SSD isn't turning back on since I can access the 1TB drive no problem (there's nothing on the 320GB drive yet).

Has anyone else seen this problem? I've scoured the web came up empty.

Edit: When I was using the 320GB Barracuda 7200.10, I never had this problem.

Forgot to add, scandisk has been run several times after these blue screen restarts and found no errors. I will be upgrading to Win7 soon and I also intend to install the new firmware before I upgrade. I'm hoping the problem will solve itself once these two upgrades happen but who knows.
