RE scheme that advertises 25% certain return on investment?

Have you done a google search on them yet? A lot of people calling them a scan etc.

There is even one person claiming a TV station is doing a report on them.

I'd say it is a scam, but it's $5k to throw away... take a trip to Vegas, better chance of getting 25% back, and more fun while at it.

What confuses me is that I saw an ad for this in either NewsWeek or Time (can't recall which one atm).

I don't see why a mainstream mag would run such a shady ad.......

Well they have no problem running shady news, why not adverts?
 
I really like their banner of multi ethnic people.

If you want to make money in real estate then buy your own place and fix it up and sell it for a profit. If you live there while doing it then you make even more.
