By "memory" I mean when you've sent an email to someone the next time you want to send again all you need to do is enter the first letter or 2 of their address/name and the auto-fill will give you the choice to pick.

I just switched machines and now have to re-enter everyone's name/address I've been mailing to for the past 2 years. total drag --

does anyone know which file these names/addresses are kept in? how do you import them to a new machine?
 
Ingressor make a well-known utility for dealing with the Autocomplete file (.NK2) in Outlook. There's lots of information in that link, including how to move the .NK2 file, and on their web site in general.
