No.

For what Comcast charges I should be getting complementary BJs with my service.

lol.....

ISP don't mind much.

Comcast here as well.

Thats why I wanted to know where max2 is from, it was a legitemate question - I assume your in Europe or somewhere that they do this. I have yet to hear of an ISP who does this in america. They throttle specific ports and such, yes - but not the connection as a whole.

If I pay for X amount of bandwidth, then I damn well better be able to use X amount of bandwidth if I want to.

Wow.... I didnt think the people in this forum were nerdy enough to know what BT is but not what a BJ is.

BJ>BT. that's my argument.

With a BJ, I always cliMAX out my..er..6" broadband connection, unlike BT. Depending on the girl, i dont always have to wait in line either. 😛

ISP hasn't complained, they cap your upload/download anyway, so they really have no right to complain about it (I paid for a set cap, so I'm going to use it)

I barely upload when I use BT, so my ISP probably doesn't care. I will d/l as fast as possible but that depends on my connections to others and the # of seeders/leechers. But still, so far my ISP doesn't care. Maybe b/c I don'd d/l 24/7 only here and there when a tv show is out or something.
