Is there a program / utility I could use to obtain more multiplier options for memory because my chaintech vnf4 ultra bios has very slim pickins.

I'm assuming you're referring to RAM dividers?

Does it not have the normal 200/166/133/100?

I wonder if Red will ever make it so you can save the tweaks, and have it load them at startup (a la ATiTool)

I'm pretty sure A64 tweaker lets you change them to 150/183 for instance. They may have to be available on the motherboard bios. I've heard they're hidden in many bioses, including the one on my board.
