Aloha-

Thanks for any and all input on this topic:

Are lots of people still experiencing modem/router problems that require frequent rebooting of their devices?

Would you say that it is the most recommended action by tech support consultant for the ISP?

Still experiencing? I actually rarely have modem issues. If something is wrong if it's their supported hardware provide to you, then they fix it, often by just giving you another one. The most recommended action is for you to call them, if it's their hardware they provided to you. If you bought it, then they just check the line up to the modem. After that it's your fault.

Do you know does a daily reboot prevent such problems? Does it cause other problems?
