does rdram really run at true pc 800 cuz a guy from hp was telling me that motherboards don't support pc 800 so they actually run at pc 400?
 
right and where does he work again ?? heheh..

the p4 use a quad pumped memory bandwidth, i think he's confushing a lot of different FSBs into one memory FSB

 
PC800 RDRAM is 400mhz memory double pumped(like DDR), on a 16bit wide connection.
 
Yes it runs at 800Mhz and its the best damn RAM out there. I love it when im rendering a model in Maya🙂 Its does cost an arm and a leg though...
