RD Ram Help!

I currently haev 2 sticks of 128 pc 800 RD ram. I have no idea if it is 16 bit or 32 bit because I want to add some more. can I mix 16 and 32 bit memory together?

My model number is MR16R08288Ni- CK8 800-45 101

Tell me, does your board have 2 or 4 slots, and who's it made by?

Thats most likely 16-bit RDRAM. The speed is 45ns, and I haven't seen 32-bit RDRAM with 45ns speeds, only 40ns.
