rcpthosts email problem

Whenever I try to send any type of mail to any individual or place from any of my 4 email accounts under Mozilla Thunderbird, I always get the:

"The mail server responded: sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1). Please verify that your email address is correct in your Mail preferences and try again."

Three of the email addresses are through my ISP at home (I'm in a college dorm) and my 4th is my college address. I have 2 different SMTP servers setup with each account supposedly using their respective server. I think having multiple SMTP servers defined is the problem, but surely there is a way to have email access to multiple accounts on multiple servers. I can receive mail just dandy with each account. Any ideas on how to send it? Thanks.

You mostly like need to use the SMTP server of the ISP's network your are currently on. Most ISP's only allow their IP addresses to relay mail.
