If you missed the news (like me) that the 8012 client has been nixed, then here is a reminder. We are losing 500,000 blocks a day to this mistake alone. I found two of my most powerful machines were cracking the dead 8012 client! Talk about frustration.

Don't be frustrated. Just upgrade and all is well again.

Wow, checked my machines at work. All of my old clients appeared to be the bad 8012's. This could mean I'll be back up to 3,000 blocks a day again. Whoot! Whoot!

Not all 8012's are bad, just 465's and 466's.
