I setup a dual p4 xeon 512k and it can only do like 5.4m/ks.. my dual 1.26 does 7.00 !! WTF.. p4 really sux in rc5s ?

Yep, that P4 would definitely be better at SETI - you mignt check to see if someone wants to trade MHz with you, with them crunching RC5 for you, and you SETI for them. 😉
