When I installed it and went to the config I had 14 options in number 2 buffer options.
I installed it on oter computers, now when I goto configure mine I only have 8 options?
I installed it on another computer but I also have only 8 options there, so I don't have the options to configure the keyserverproxy ??? however on another I have it installed and get all the options 14 under 2 ??? how can I get all the options so that I can configure the keyserver?

 
nevermind I found it, if you disable buffer updates to a keyserver those options won't show up. so if you want to disable the keysever updates you need to configure the proxy first d'uh....
