Does anyone happen to have the unlock code for a v3 razr (currently on cingular) or know where I could find it?

I think you need to download RSD Lite 2.5 and a mini usb cable to complete the flash.

I'm pretty sure Cingular won't do it. Aren't they still considered the worst of the remaining U.S. carriers when it comes to customer service?

I just called Cingular last friday to get my cell phone (razr) unlocked. They are going to send me an email with the code and directions. I guess you need to be a customer for atleast 3months with good standing for them to unlock it for you.
