You're an idiot. My wife and I have both had Razr's for well over a year...I'm closing in on 2 years with no problems whatsoever...and this is with multiple drops from both of us. Actually the phone has recovered from drops significantly better than past phones. Everyone has different experiences...but Razr's are not particularly fragile.
you must have UV protection, sound dampening material, and kevlar on those things.
You going to have to accept the fact that your friends are wrong in assuming cell phones are to be used to eat, cook, and build roads.![]()

I hates Razrs I do. They are junk, it's the number one most replaced phone in our network, from what I've seen. Also, what with the crappy way Moto forces you to get into the programming menu? Seriously, most of the idiots on the other end of the line can barely turn their phones on, much less punch in "77643# CLR CLR" in the exact span of time and at the right speed. Die moto, die.
Oh yea, we're finally getting a CDMA Slvr. =/
My old Sprint phone was a Samsung A900, the old style with the metal case. It feel from waist-height one and took a chunk out of the pavement, THAT thing is a tank.

i love my razr. I have talked to people who are on their 5th one but mine I accidentally ran it over with my car and it still works. Yes the case is dented to hell and the camera is cracked, but it still works perfectly fine never gave me a problem yet.

OK, so I just got a new phone today, a normal one, not a razzzzzr. Most of my friends have razzzzzzrs and the things break every 5 months or so. I've never known anyone who has had one last longer than that (i'm sure some ATOT'ers will chime in). They're just so fragile.
My friends will say something like 'my razr is awesome....oh ****** a single photon of light just hit it at an odd angle...my raazzzzzzzzr just exploded sending shards of glass and carbon-fiber into my eyes'.
Which LG? Our LG VX7000 and VX8000 are very sturdy!Originally posted by: deerslayer
Anything has to be better than my LG phone, which has the random earpiece volume and reboot from trying to dial a number features. It's really quite fun. Once you are able to complete a call, you never know if you'll be able to hear the person on the other end of the call or not.

I don't like my Razr but not because it is fragile. It just isn't that great of a phone.
