Razer tech support experiences?

Has anyone dealt with them before? I had to RMA my mouse and according to USPS it was delivered on the 4th. Problem is, I never received a confirmation receipt or any other correspondence from them outside of the initial issuing of the RMA.

I'm starting to get a little annoyed.

A couple years ago I bought a Razer DeathAdder from Woot! and it didn't work out of the box. Keep in mind that Woot! only sends you just the mouse, no box, no software, nothing else. I contacted Razer and they allowed me to RMA it to them and I got a nice new shiny Razer DeathAdder inside a new box with software. I don't recall whether or not I got a confirmation receipt or how long it took. I don't think it was that long, maybe a 2 week turnaround.

Even after another email, no response. I don't suppose any of you guys have a phone number, do ya?

Awesome tech support, I had asked questions about my Tarantula keyboard twice, once I got an email the following day. The 2nd time someone actually called me. I didn't even ask for a call. Never had to RMA anything to them, but the email & phone support I got from them was some of the best I remember.
