Razer diamondback mouse problems

My middle mouse button (3) and my 4 side buttons (4-8) don't work any longer on my razer diamondback. I can press them, and it doesn't think anything's being pressed at all. Just installed the newest drivers, no good.

Uninstall the drivers, reboot. Then reinstall the 5.04 drivers again.
