Razer abyssus problem?

Hi guys i am using a razer abyssus mice but its showing a little problem. When i start a game and need to click the scroll wheel for the first time it shows a little delay(of about 5 secs) in showing the result, but after the first click there's no problem of lag till the computer is restarted.

Also it doesn't show this problem if i click the scroll wheel in anything(like word,webpage) otherthan game.
I have also installed its latest drivers.
