What a shame. My Father really got me into alot of his stuff at a young age, and to this day I love his music.

Watching his performances were amazing. People of his era were highly talented, and this is going to be a great loss to the music industry. RIP.

We can no longer say "even Ray Charles could see that" when something is blatantly obvious.

He'll be missed...another legend gone.

What is that thing people say? Famous people seem to pass away three at a time?

Random events happen in groups, because if they didn't they would be evenly spaced, and they wouldn't be random.

Damn. 🙁

I really liked Ray Charles.

Might have to watch The Blues Brothers tonight just to see him in action. 😀

Shake your tailfeather,

Yeap... my buddy and I follow this.
Ray Charles, Reagan and Tony Randall = 3

I was able to see him play live a few years ago. The guy was a great musician. But he was also very funny.

RIP

Who's next, Johnny Carson?

I'd say Marlon Brando, but this could be a whole new thread.

Anyway, RIP Ray Charles. 🙁

I keep throwing in my vote for the Pope. Either way, some celeb will make it the usual death of 3 in a row...

Edit: Woops....Tony Randall made it 3.
RIP. 🙁
