hey man, sorry about the situation but its amazing what medical science can do. its the main reason i want to go into medicine. anyway, how functional is your arm now?
 
That rattlesnake looks like it gnawed off half his arm. Is he sure it wasn't a shark?

And, most of that stitching looks like it was done with a knitting needle.
