Ratings broken?

Is there no way to see how many times a topic's rating has been voted on?

Must be a bug...

If you mouseover the ratings on the category page, you'll see some ratings display actual vote counts - while others say '0'.

yea this issue bugs me.. does it take a certain amount of time.. ie 2 days to update it or something?
