But do you guys always have the energy to do what ever you want? (biking etc)

Most of the time, sometimes when I've been doing things I need a hour or 2 to rest up.

Like LolaWiz said I can eat anything and hardly gain weight.

And yes I usually have enough energy to do just about anything whenever I want.

8/10. If I'm active, I can pretty much eat anything I want with little remorse. I can also drop weight a lot easier than most people.

If I'm not active I'll pay for it. But not as bad as most people. By active I simply mean light to moderate exercise. I'm not an exercise zealot that camps out in a gym 7 days a week on the cardio machines for hours.

My "energy" levels are more of a function of interest than ability. I'd rate them similar. I can run up an down a basketball court for hours on end or paddle a kayak for hours.

eating 10/10...I can eat huge amounts of anything and not really gain weight, and I can go without eating (or eating very little) for a fair amount of time without collapsing.
energy 9/10...sometimes I feel a little tired, but once I actually get out there and do stuff I have plenty of energy to get it done. I can loaf around on a couch for a month and then climb a mountain the next weekend.

Really I can't complain.

6/10.

I eat what I want, but I work out like a maniac. If I were to eat well I'd probably be cut as hell.

Energy: 10/10

10/10. Sitting around doing normal days work, I have to consume about 3000 calories in order to keep a constant weight. If i intend to run, jog, or anything active, I have to consume at least 4000 or else, ill lose weight pretty quickly.

9/10.

i just ate 3/4 of a large pizza and a half gallon of water. my stomach right now looks like a morbidly obese person, but tomorrow morning i will be normal again.

3/10, I gain weight from looking at food.

Same here, basically. (Although I was going to say 2/10 myself.)

I've never been a particularly light eater (until recently), but I had to cut my calorie intake to 1500/day to lose weight. Even now (after having lost 80 pounds), I can count the number of days I've eaten over 1700-1800 calories in the past six months on one hand.

On the plus side, I feel great not having to carry around all the extra weight now 😛

9/10ish

I only get tired when I'm not doing anything.

Oh, and I just finished off some Turkey Hill Dueto and the other half of a pizza 🙂 I weigh 145 for the record.

I would say normal. 5/10.

Though I never been a sporty guy, I do try to keep active in a gym or at work.
