Just wondering what peoples abilities are. I can add more categories if need be. I probably wont branch off most though. If you are a car audio expert but not a home audio expert, you are still an audio expert.
Rate yourself 1-10 in each category.
1 is equal to being completely clueless other then knowing that the subject exists.
2 is equal to using items from the category but not understanding or mastering any of its aspects.
7 is equal to holding a job or able to hold a job in the category.
9 is equal to being a professional or scholar.
10 is equal to being the top of your field.
Categories - Computer Hardware, Computer Software, Audio, Automobiles, Firearms, Food, Electronics, Sports, Relationships, Craftsmanship, Art, social skills
My ratings:
Computer Hardware - 6, I build my own pcs, but no expert.
Computer Software - 4, Used to be big on programming, now I slack.
Audio - 3, Pretty much a retard, but able to install a car deck.
Automobiles - 3, I can do very minor stuff.
Firearms - 7, what can I say, I carry one daily but still have a lot to learn.
Food - 2, I can make peanut butter sandwhichs, and no nothing about nutrition.
Electronics - 5, I own and understand quite a bit. Have taken a few classes on the workings.
Sports - 8, Dont watch sports, but a college level athlete. Left a full ride a few years back.
Relationships - 7, Well I'm happily married and had decent luck after a slow start.
Craftsmanship - 2, I cant build anything. I can barely hang curtains.
Art - 1, About the only art I create is when I take an occasional photo.
Social skills - 5, had great skills untill I joined the Army. Dont match up with to many people.
So what are you an expert at? I'm not an expert at anything, yet.
I'll put up averages once enough people respond. This isn't for a project or anything, just curious at Anandtech's cross section of people.
