I actually like the layout and color scheme (1024x768@85). If you can some sensible content in there I would give it an 8. 🙂

Very nice! It feels "tidy." The fade on the right-hand side of the cube when navigating past the home screen can be just a tiny bit more, and it'd get a 9, IMO. 🙂

EDIT: I'm rating looks, and navigation, not content. 🙂

looks pretty, but if you made the left sidebar a little smaller, you could fit more info in the right frame, but then of course the red square wouldnt be centered, etc etc. Pretty nice tho!
 
I like that dice thing in the middle. You need something on the left side. I think that you should get rid of the drop down thing and make links on the left side.
