Rate this computer/power suply help

first of all i am new to the whole computer customization i have picked up many tips but the power suply is not one of them. i will list the system i am planning on getting and would like a good power suply for it if you dont mind. and also free to rate the system, give me some pointers, comments only help so i dont mind if u dis it. also tell me some parts that could be replaced in my system with other parts(list them)

Motherboard: ASUS A8R MVP
GPU: ATI Radeon X1800 XL
RAM: 2gb of corsair SDRAM
Case: Asus Vento 3600(red)
HD: Western Digital Caviar 250gb
CD-R/DVD-R: Pioneer DVR-110DBK
.....
all of these items can be found on newegg...and also can you recommend another site
like newegg(cheap(as in money) computer parts)

-Get 2X1GB of G.Skill DDR500 ram. With rated ddr500, you can overclock, and have stock speeds. So if you want to, you got it...
-Best get a 7800gt instead of a x1800xl. Unless you get a REALLY good deal.
-Get an Opteron 170 that's on sale in the hot deals thread for $351 right now. Dual core + overclocking crazy. Socket 939.
-Asus Vento isn't really a good case, but if you like it, get it. Otherwise I'd steer elsewhere.

For power supply. these choices.
-Enermax Liberty 500w
-Antec NeoHE 500w
-Seasonic S12 500w
