Rate SVC From 1 to 10

I'm thinking about purchasing some hardware from them because their prices are a little better than NewEgg's, so I need a thumbs up or a thumbs down. Please rate them from 1 to 10. Please consider in your score, the shape of the product when you recieved it, shipping time (New Egg is superb), price and customer service.

I would also give them a 9, I ordered some thumb screws from then once and they sent the wrong kind. When I called to let them know about this they said keep the ones I had already been shipped and they 3 day'd the correct ones. Thats pretty good service if ya ask me

Sorry ... I know nothing about the "SVC" company, just the old abbreviation for supervisor call.

I have ordered a few times with them and everything is packed well. One time I did not receive round cable and they sent one out asap.
The only downside for me is they are in CA and I am in MI so shipping takes awhile (too cheap to upgrade)

been ordering cooling products from them for the past 3 years. i would give them a 9 because nobody is perfect =)

High marks from me, too. I refuse to give a 10 to any vendor but a high 8 or 9 would be fair for SVC. I have done very well by them in the past.

I have dealt with them 5 times and they are very good. But never bought anything major there, fans AS5 and such.

9.5. They sent me an 80mm Tornado unlike the 92mm I had ordered. They sent tthe 92mm out right away and received it in the next two days. They also let me keep the 80mm

So should we rate them on a 9 point scale since they will never get a 10, or would nobody ever get a 9 if we used that scale. If you've never had a problem and you don't know anybody who hasn't had a problem that hasn't been resolved quickly and efficiently why not give a perfect score? A bowling 300 wouldn't even be a score if nobody was perfect, same with a golf score below par, a full income tax refund...

Never had a problem with them, I think I ordered a heatsink from them a while back. I did get my product as described, and shipping time was pretty quick. Never had to deal with CS. 10.
