I did a quick 200 second FRAPS right after you use the Alien gun to blow up the tower missile launchers (Outside level)

I am running 1080P

Textures are set to Very High

and the rest of the settings are set to High with 2XMSAA

MIN: 36 MAX:79 AVG:58.93

Running very good IMO.

At the beginning of the game the Frame-rates can drop into the 30's, but the game is very playable for the most part. Actually the screen tearing can get annoying when frames hit over 100 at parts.

This is with my 7950 with a small overclock 1025 core /1250 Memory

1080p, everything on very high apart from textures on high. 2xMSAA. Motion blur on medium.

Runs great, no complaints at all.

runs good for me at 2560x1440 on a 7950 and an oc'd i5-2500. everything maxed except for:

high textures,
1x smaa,
high shaders,
high shadows.

4.8ghz 2600k, OC'd 680, 1440P

FXAA on HIGH settings = 40-60fps, ave around 55.

certainly runs pretty harsh

fxaa is likely the killer, from what i have heard

hopefully they can do something about that w/ an update or w/ drivers

Not sure why you would say maxed if you dropped the settings for the most intensive settings

because everything else is maxed

it was easier to list what was NOT maxed than what was, duh

and actually its playable most of the time completely maxed, but some outdoor sequences get too low so i decided to turn those down, and really couldn't see that big of a difference when running around and playing the game

plus it'll give me a reason to play it again when i do the next upgrade in 2 years!

Turns out playing this game with MSAA @ 4X and everything VHQ - puts me into the low 30's @ 1080. Not enjoyable. The great thing is with HQ and MSAA 2X, it looks the same with double the performance -well almost-

10/10 .. and i am playing on a stock q9450 and gtx580 1.5gigger, most things maxed.
Yes it is a slide show, but hey I get to enjoy the game for 2x as long as you.

It is the best out there .. and demands the best hardware. A Solid 10 I'd say.

Nice philosophy :)

What resolution are you playing at?

I'd say 8/10

I have everything maxed out and running 2560x1440 with SLI 670s. I average about 40 with SMAA 2x, about 55 with SMAA 1x, and with FXAA around 60. That's average, just going by looking at the framerate report in the top left of my screen from fraps. I know there were some points where the game would drop much lower than these numbers, but this is just a quick observation. Even at 40fps the game is playable and not bad.

I'm not particularly all that happy with it. Even at 60fps it still feels a little off, but that was mainly on the Dam section. I think I spent more time fooling with the graphics settings than actually playing. Right now I'm on all High, SMAA 2x, and no motion blur. 60-70 fps, but something about the game just doesnt feel right.

It runs at 300fps for me when i play it on my imagination console. Something you kinda have to do when you don't own the game.

Runs fine with specs in sig, though I'd have to recommend to everyone to turn off VSync. Game runs way to inconsistently with it on. I suspect it's just randomly oscillating between 30 and 60 fps which looks terrible.
