My w2k machine shutdowns unexpectedly and every time i check the event viewer for errors, i always see this on the system log : RasMan: "Remote Access Connection Manager failed to start because NDISWAN could not be opened. Restart the computer. The system cannot find the file specified"

what could be the possible problem? is there a possible intrusion on my system?
