ok, I got to find a good ras device (server or appliance) with about 30 dial in capable with future upgrades to 50. I know some of you guys have experience with deploying this stuff, what would you recommned ? At first I was thinking of getting a couple of those multimodem pci card and install in on a dedicated ras server, but that would involve getting a server. Any recomendation on what product is the easiest to deploy ? Authentication via radius is a must.

3com total control boxes are nice search on e-bay for them,however if your trying to start up a dial up isp service if thats what you may want to do look at companies that resell the service the initial investment in hardware and t1 lines can get expencive real quick otherwise my recomendation is a total control box, auth via free radius
 
not trying to start my own ISP, just try to provide dial up access to a couple of remote sites (for out of band management).
 
I see have you looked into a vpn solution ?may be a little more of what your lookinfg for.....with providing dial in connections your looking at a hefty cost in equipment and t1 lines etc etc along with monthly expences and such....just my 2 cents,
 
we have vpn solution in place allready, this is for something else. Oh well, I am getting a few demo box from different vendor, I guess we'll see which one will fit our needs. Thx anyway.
