I have one question about the Routing and Remote Acess in Windows 2000 Server.

When enabled the RAS, whatever if is Router or Remote acess server, in the general options there is one adapter with the name Internal. Anyone knows why that adapter exist? is function?

Just for curiosity. The service works just fine, but I never understood why that "virtual" adapter exist.
