Yuk. Medium rare for me. Hot & red all the way through ftw.

Somewhere between medium rare and medium well. I'm really not too picky about steak temps, as long as it's not still mooing or shoe leather.
 
Medium rare, imo. Warm pink in the center, charred on the outside.

Center should neither be cold nor grey. Should be pink and warm.
 
So rare that all I can think is "I don't think I should be eating this" while I continue to shovel fork fulls into my mouth.
 
Something must have happened to me as a child because I need everything cooked well done to burnt. If I see any pink, gag reflex kicks in.

I do not eat steak that often (probably because of my "issue"), but, on those
"rare" occasions (get it?) that I am at a nice steak place, I can prevent an attack by the kitchen staff by ordering my meat medium-well. The lighting in those places usually hide the pinkness well enough that I can enjoy the meal.

Depends, hamburger - well done. Anyone who orders hamburger rare is insane/retarded. I won't even order hamburger medium because of a couple fuckups by the chef.

Steak ... medium-rare to medium, depending on my mood.
