However, RAR uses high grade encryption - if the password is longer than about 4 or 5 characters and isn't in the dictionary, then you can pretty much forget ever finding it.
 
Good luck..I hope it isn't anything really important, because as Mark R said, there's a pretty small chance of getting it to work.
