currently using bios 1.52 beta, tried to oc to 240fsb 1:1 bios seems to be stable but it fails when trying to load windows, asking me to press "R" to repair windows,
set back to 230FSB 1:1 all seems to be normal again. I tried SATA 1, and i tried SATA 3 same results. I tried disable SATA 1 and 2 when i'm using my raptor on SATA 3. I heard high FSB corrupt Raptor hard disk , is this true? any other way to fix this?

You might be overclocking the pci bus. Change the agp speed to 67 mhz and that locks the agp/pci bus. See if that helps.
