JA Rule. This guy should stick to rapping as his singing voice is causing all the plants in my living room to die. A terrible singing voice IMHO.
 
lol. thats the exact rapper (Ja Rule) i was thinking of when i read the title.... yea. he's pretty bad. i do like him as a rapper though.

Agreed on the first statement and if they would speak English I would say they talk
 
JaRule's voice is the coolest. He's a small dude with a big mouth basically. It is definitely not a singing voice though and I agree he shouldn't really try too hard with that.

Nelly on the other hand mixes in like singing with his rapping and for him it works really well. Listen to Ride with Me and you'll see.

Have a listen to some of his latest stuff in which he's clearly singing. Or at least trying to. This is exactly my point.
