I have always wanted to read a story about this, although I would prefer to read a story about how noone was ever raped............but since that wont happen this is a nice alternative!

This guys dick better fall off and slap him in the face.
 
The chances of him getting HIV after a single intercourse event are less than one in a thousand, so don't hold your breath.
 
If it were possible to make it so that they had all the symptoms of AIDS but were unable to pass it on, I'd say this was a great punishment for rapists.

However, he'll probably just go on infecting other people.
 
Sympathies to the victim, both ways.

Sympathies to the tax payers, who now have to treat the dirtbags HIV/Aids while in prison, and probably after paroled.

they managed to "cure" one or two people.

*cure means they can't find the virus within the specimin.

that doesn't mean they've developed a cure for HIV. the means they used to 'cure' those people are not applicable to mass use.

As far as the OP, I hope he gets it. Though I wouldn't count on it, and only 5 years in jail. Hopefully he doesn't make it out of there.
