cops can never be taken down, they keep appealing and eventually they get some pro cop judge or arbitrator to reinstate them. this rapist cop is now suing the chick he raped and nyc for charging him:

heres another serial killer cop from oaktown who actually murdered three people and almost killed a fourth and he just got his job back:

on his facebook page he actually brags about murdering people:

Good grief, is it the arbitration process that is putting these scumbags back on the force? I just don't understand how they get their jobs back after committing these crimes.

i was reading in the paper a few weeks ago that in california they have some "cops rights" law that says they dont have to tell the public about the outcome of a complaint against a cop, so in most cases they can slip these violent mofos back on the force without ever telling the public

Accused isn't convicted. Accused means someone says he did it, convicted means a jury agreed.
Your headline should read "Cop exonerated of rape charge sues accuser".

if you read the article he wasnt found innocent, some pro cop judge threw the charges out. they had camera evidence of him going into the chicks apartment a couple times throughout a night. i think he also admitted he used a condom

If you read the response you were replying to, you would notice he didn't claim he was found innocent.

Make a thread about the court trial if you don't like the decision made.

Do you know for 100% sure he did what you accuse him of doing? Of course you don't. So don't state it as fact. Could it be the truth? Yes it could. Is it? Misleading thread title is misleading.

He was acquitted of the rape by a jury after a trial.

"After just over a day of further deliberations, on their seventh day considering the case, the jurors returned on Thursday with a not-guilty verdict on the rape charge against the two police officers, Franklin Mata and Kenneth Moreno."

Lol you are such a tool.

There are a hand full of people who self own themselves on a regular basis on these forums. It's good to see you still counted among the few.

No one has ever been found innocent at a trial. They can be found guilty or not guilty, the third option is a hung jury, and that doesn't count.

You're a real idiot calling the Officer who fired the tear gas a serial killer. Your idiocy just amazes me. But looking at your name, it makes more sense. I didn't even read any other articles.

To be accused is to be guilty it seems. It's remarkable how people decide guilt or innocence then go off on a tirade having not read or understood the issue at hand. Everyone makes mistakes, but dumb comes into play when they insist on defending their error once it's pointed out. Go figure.

There are definitely some serious concerns in the US right now with police over-reach, excessive force, violation of rights...

but these concerns are exaggerated by a massive factor, and the high levels of irrational police hatred are probably a greater danger to our society.

Stay hidden is all I can suggest, don't make your activities leave your home and you should be safe unless there are tracks.

I have never will never trust law enforcement, heck I trust a drug dealer more than a cop and I never touched a drug once.
