Can H&R Blocks refund anticipation loan be used if you're under 18?

How long does a standard efile with direct deposit thing take if all you would normally file is a 1040ez?

I got my return last year in a couple of weeks. It was pretty quick and painless.... The only thing that made me mad was that I shouldn't have gotten $200 back, I should have paid $100. Bush is a MORON for that stupid tax reform.....I think he should pay back every penny that his plan pissed away from the reserve Clinton had built up just before he left office.
